There are numerous reasons you might seek therapeutic support. Whether you're wrestling with emotional distress, navigating the complexities of daily life, confronting relationship challenges, processing grief, addressing addiction, or setting out on a path of personal development, your journey is uniquely yours. My approach respects this individuality, shaping therapy around your distinct needs. In a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the depths of your thoughts and emotions. Whether you favour a solution-focused approach or an open-ended therapeutic journey, my commitment is to help you foster a deeper understanding and awareness of the origins and nature of your challenges. My aim is to empower you to recognise and harness your strengths, moving toward the life you desire.

As an integrative therapist, I offer Counselling and Psychotherapy services in London and online, integrating approaches inspired by psychodynamic, existential, cognitive, person-centred, and relational theories. While I value these foundational approaches, I remain mindful of the unique qualities of your individual situation. My focus lies in helping you unravel patterns contributing to distress, whether in areas such as depression, anxiety, or personal transitions.

trauma, including Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD). This often encompasses developmental, childhood and intergenerational trauma, as well as experiences of sexual, emotional, and physical abuse. I recognise the profound challenges of this journey, and I am dedicated to providing the empathetic, specialised support you need as you navigate these deeply impactful experiences.

My qualifications are conferred by Inter-Psyche Training Centre in Kent and Medway NHS, and as the founder of Your Path Matters Organisation, my mission is to support individuals as they face psychological and mental health challenges. My previous experience includes working as a psychotherapist in a London NHS GP practice and as a project lead and bereavement therapist at Each Counselling and Psychotherapy Charity, where I supported the BAME community during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, I practice within private settings and serve as a lecturer in Counselling and Psychotherapy at Kent and Medway NHS.

Before pursuing my path as an integrative therapist, I served as a Senior Pastoral Director in Sixth Form colleges and boarding schools, offering vital support to students and families navigating emotional difficulties and training staff in mental health awareness. I also contributed as a trustee on the board of The Breck Foundation, working to raise awareness of online grooming and abuse within families and educational institutions.

I hold a comprehensive enhanced DBS check and am a registered accredited member of BACP, committed to upholding the standards set by the BACP code of ethics. If you’re considering embarking on your own unique path of growth and healing, I’m here to provide understanding and a supportive hand as you move forward.
